It was 71 degrees in Austin today...

Lately, when we go to Zilker Park, we never even get around to playing on the playground which is fine with me. It's hard to keep track of both of them on that playground and it's always crowded with bigger kids anyway. The boys love to ride the train and explore the cave and that usually wears them out. I have loved the cold rain we've had this past week, but today the weather was absolutely perfect. I feel so lucky to live in Austin!!

Crazy January weather! The warm day did feel pretty fantastic after the dreary cold we've been having lately. It looks like a fun day at the park!
How seriously fun! And, okay, I'm embarrassed to say that I have lived here 20+ years and have been to Zilker a million times, but don't know about the cave there...? You'll have to clue me in!
It's over by the bathrooms. There's a short movie in there and some fish and exhibits about water/the aquifer. Jackson loves it. Lots of buttons to push and stuff...
